My friends need to get their act together and consolidate! Right now I have Xanga for MCA people, MySpace for Germany friends, and Facebook for college friends. And then I still have to email people now and then. Ugh, it's so tough having friends. Just kidding, ya'll are great. College life is crazy, though slightly boring at times. Last night Toby Bates, myself, and another friend wandered around aimlessly for about three hours. We heard there were a lot of pretty girls in the computer lab, but none of them seemed interested in talking to us...that's unfortunate. So then we walked through this tunnel just because we'd never walked through it before, and then I ran back through whilst holding my breath. I started blacking out about thirty feet before the end, but I made it...it was intense! I played Halo 2 a lot this weekend. I suck at that game. If I get four kills and only die eleven times I consider it a successful game. Yes...maybe it's better that way though, because I think if I was good I would spend way too much time playing that. I'm going to start an advice column right now: Gas prices are down so if you have been craving a roadtrip, now is the time. That's all the advice I've got. Anyways, this has been pretty random, but a pretty decent summary of what I've been up to. My recent music preferences have been: John Mayer, Dave Matthews Band, Jack Johnson, Counting Crows, and Caedmon's Call. My food of choice at the moment is anything that I can get for free that is not served in the dining hall (or maybe if that was true I'd be starving because life just isn't that good to me). My book of the moment is Catcher in the Rye, preferably read out loud by Toby in a very bitter tone of voice. My plans of the moment for the future (got me?) are that I'm going to do six hours of intensives during Christmas break and that I'm going to do some crazy summer job like logging, fishing, or crabbing...something sweet. "What'd you do this summer?" "I crabbed." (YES!) Anyways, that's all I've got. I'm out. |
